Annual subscription rates are $40.00 for individuals, $120.00 for institutions for print or electronic subscription, $35.00 for students with photocopy of student ID for paper only, and $161.00 for institutions for both print and online subscriptions. Subscribers in Canada and Mexico, add $10.00 postage; outside North America, add $15.00. Subscriptions outside North America are shipped by air freight. Copies
of print back issues for the current and previous two volumes can be obtained
